As a Sales Leader at Morrissey Metcalfe and Associates, Allyson Shaker brings a dynamic blend of leadership, client service excellence, and operational discipline to the firm’s revenue-generating activities. Her background in both the medical and financial services industries gives her a rare ability to build trust, communicate with clarity, and execute with precision in high-stakes environments.

Allyson began her career in veterinary medicine, where she developed a reputation for managing complex situations with empathy and poise. She quickly advanced into leadership roles, overseeing training, operations, and client satisfaction in high-pressure clinical settings. These early experiences shaped her distinctive ability to engage clients, support teams, and lead with both heart and hustle.

She later transitioned to the mortgage sector, where she thrived in client-facing underwriting roles and was quickly promoted to Team Leader at Rocket Mortgage. There, she led teams, developed a firmwide mentorship program, and built reporting tools to track performance and quality—earning a company-wide leadership award for her results-driven approach.

Today, Allyson focuses on the firm’s most critical growth areas: client acquisition, relationship management, service excellence, and the strategic development of new revenue streams. She works closely with the leadership team to design and execute sales strategies, expand the firm's reach, and ensure the highest level of responsiveness and care for every client relationship.

Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from Michigan State University and brings a lifelong passion for people, performance, and progress to her role at Morrissey Metcalfe and Associates. Outside of work, she enjoys time with animals, exploring the outdoors, and continuing her personal and professional growth—qualities that reflect her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her life.
