Len Morrissey is an entrepreneur, financial strategist, and business builder with more than 20 years of experience in banking and lending across two countries. After serving as CFO and later President of a financial services company—successfully leading it through growth and sale—Len founded Morrissey Metcalfe & Associates with his business partner Dr. Anthony Metcalfe to focus on helping organizations access capital, streamline operations, and plan for sustainable growth.

Working closely with Dr. Anthony Metcalfe, Len brings the financial, lending, and business expertise  that complements Tony’s clinical and healthcare background. Together, they provide physicians and healthcare practices with a powerful combination of medical insight and financial strategy  to secure financing, expand revenue, and reduce costs.

Len is also an entrepreneur and advisor at heart, known for his ability to simplify complex financial structures and create practical solutions that help busy professionals thrive.
