About Tony:

Dr. Anthony Metcalfe is a physician, educator, and healthcare leader with a unique blend of clinical, business, and legal expertise. After years as a family physician, he advanced to senior leadership roles, serving as a Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President at a Fortune 500 company and directing managed care organizations.

In addition to practicing medicine, Tony has taught in the graduate Health Care Professions program at Creighton University and advised healthcare providers on practice management, risk, and growth. His MD, MBA, and JD give him a rare perspective on the clinical, financial, and regulatory challenges today’s healthcare professionals face.

Tony now focuses on helping physicians and healthcare practices navigate finance, compliance, and organizational growth, combining decades of medical and executive experience with a practical, results-driven approach.
